Shift: Flexible 1st shift 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

Job Summary:
Supports the Compensation team in the implementation of Froedtert Health compensation programs. Processes daily requests submitted through the Compensation in-box and e-mail, partnering with Human Resources partners, Recruitment team, and operational leaders to obtain background information on requests before triaging to members of the Compensation team. Assists with the other Compensation projects as needed. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Previous exposure (such as via an internship) to Human Resources or Compensation preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.

Equivalent combination of education and Human Resources work experience may be substituted for formal education.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Possess strong analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work with leaders at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills; ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

Solid skills in and knowledge of MD Office, including Excel, Word and Power Point.

Ability to perform mail merges for mass mailings.
