Location: US:WI:MANITOWOC at our HFM MEDICAL CENTER facility.
This job is ON – SITE.
Shift: Shift 1
Provides delegated age-appropriate care in a culturally and ethnically sensitive manner, under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse, LVN/LPN and/or provider. Assists patients with the tasks outlined in their clinical competency assessment related to basic nursing skills. Practices and performs what was taught during their CNA training and certification or learned during basic nursing courses at an accredited school for professional nurses.
Hospital or clinic patient assisting experience is preferred. High School diploma or equivalent is required. Must have effective communication skills; ability to be self-motivated and directed; and knowledge of medical terminology and common accepted abbreviations. State of Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification is required.
