This job is ON – SITE.

FTE: 1.000000 (80 hours bi-weekly)

Shift: 1st

Schedule:Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm or 8:30am – 5pm (some flexibility with start times)

Job Summary:
Under the supervision and direction of a department leader, the College Intern Non-Clinical will learn from a high-performing enterprise facilities team. The team is excited to mentor an exceptional student seeking hands-on and professional skills. The role will provide the intern the opportunity to obtain knowledge of healthcare facilities and clinics by completing the following tasks: 

•  Field verify building interiors 
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings into management software 
• Create area polylines in AutoCAD using BOMA measurement standard 
• Perform and audit space use at multiple healthcare facilities 
• Align drawings to organization standards 

Education:

• Current enrollment in an Engineering, Architecture, or related undergraduate or graduate degree program from an accredited college/university is required.

Experience:

• Autocad software knowledge is required
• Familiarity with Revit software is preferred
  
• Able to read and create blueprints
