Job Summary:

Supports system-wide or multi-clinic improvement efforts in strategic projects utilizing process improvement, analytics and change management. Facilitates and mediates across multiple stakeholder groups to develop alignment for projects using self-directed development of problem-statements, scope of work, and establishing of milestones and deliverables. Employs problem-solving skills demonstrating facile abilities to synthesize and summarize data to assist stake-holder in decision-making and project prioritization.


Green belt or equivalent (through experience or comparable reputable certification) + Additional Experience (min 5 years of Continuous Improvement experience)


Bachelor’s Degree is required. Master’s Degree is preferred.


Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and changing priorities.
