Job Summary:

Program Coordinator supports strategic work of Musculoskeletal, Neuroscience and Spine Service Lines.

Provides operational support to Musculosketel, Neuroscience and Spine Service Line Administration in the development, management, marketing, and coordination of quality and process improvement initiatives as needed within Service Line. The Coordinator also functions as a, clinician, researcher, and educator. Other duties as assigned.


A minimum of 3-5 years clinical experience in healthcare is required. Experience in orthopedics/neuro/ spine is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in a health related field is required. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree an associate degree in a health related field will be accepted for incumbents in the role prior to 7/1/21. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are required. Current Wisconsin State License as a Health Care Professional is required.
