Job Summary:

Instrumental in establishing the long-term strategy for and is responsible for external digital marketing for Froedtert Health to meet the organization’s goals. The scope of digital communications includes but is not limited to: the organization’s main website, the organization’s brands’ websites, digital advertising, customer-facing e-mail, social media activities, online reputation and web/digital analytics. Oversees the system-wide department that is the Digital Communications team responsible for the day to day operations of the organization’s digital marketing activities. The role’s primary functions include, but are not limited to: web site creation, development and maintenance; social media presence; online reputation; e-mail marketing; digital advertising; application development; web analytics; intranet support; the Online Physician Directory; agency partnerships; staff management; and budget oversight. Works independently and with other members of Marketing and Communications and with a broad management knowledge and extensive technical expertise. Provides input and guidance to leaders across the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network and Froedtert Health business lines to research, analyze, scope and plan digital strategies to meet organizational needs. Acts as a liaison between the organization and agency/Web vendors and the organization’s business partner. 

Other information:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 10 years of digital communications.  EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, communications, or similar program.  SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Working knowledge of web design, web frameworks, HTML, JS, CSS, PHP, web development process, user experience/user interface design, information architecture principals, user acceptance testing, APIs, database querying, SEO/SEM, e-mail marketing software, marketing automation software, project management software, web analytics software and social media.
