Job Summary:

Develops, coordinates, and executes training and analytics adoption activities to support the implementation and adoption of the Enterprise Analytics (EA) program across the enterprise. Serves as a change agent aimed at shifting the behavior, values and culture of data driven decision making. Troubleshoots technical issues, identifies and implements improvements, and manages and integrates modern technologies and features within the Learning Management System (LMS). Empathizes with users, understanding their concerns, and collaborates with different teams to create insightful analytics learning experience for all. Crafts interactive e-learning modules, informative video tutorials, and engaging microlearning snippets that resonate with employees at all levels. Collaborates with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevancy while using creative flair to make learning fun, impactful, and memorable.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Three (3) or more years of related experience applying adult learning principles and theory, instructional design and adoption practice is required.

One (1) or more years of experience applying eLearning standards including SCORM/AICC is required.

One (1) or more years of experience uploading content to various content management systems such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Shopify, Wix, XSitePro, etc. is required.

One (1) or more years of experience utilizing rapid e-learning development tools (i.e., Animate, Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Adobe Cloud Suite such as Premier, Audition, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, etc.) is required. HTML, CSS, or XML experience is preferred.

UX and UI design and development knowledge is preferred.

Moodle Administration experience is preferred.

Experience with the assessment, design, development, implementation and evaluation of digital learning and development solutions is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of degree, equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions is required.

Advanced degree in communication, information sciences or adult learning and education, preferred.
