Job DescriptionSales Consultants are responsible for building and managing existing vendor relationships and to identify, analyze, qualify, and onboard new lease / finance vendor programs for Business Equipment Finance. Initiates and maintains relationships with numerous sources of leasing business. Meets with both existing and new vendor clients to explain Equipment Finance’s value proposition and capabilities for them to submit the transactions to Equipment Finance.
Works closely with home office support teams to always assure customer satisfaction. Consults with vendors daily about their business strategies and how U.S. Bank can help them increase their profitability, reduce administrative expense, make them more competitive, and reduce their overall business risk.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Communications, or Marketing, or equivalent work experience- Eight to ten years of leasing and sales experience
Preferred Skills/Experience- Strong leasing sales, relationship management, and new business development skills- Thorough knowledge of U.S. Bank policy and procedure- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills- Demonstrated negotiation and sales strategy implementation skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,480.00 – $108,800.00 – $119,680.00
