Job Summary:

The Organizational Development (OD) Manager plays a key role in improving organizational effectiveness by developing strategies and programs to enhance team and organizational performance. This position leads and manages OD initiatives, focusing on the implementation of people and organizational strategies and tactics and measuring the impact of those tactics. Critical areas of focus for the OD Manager include developing and executing leadership development and coaching programs, working with teams to enhance engagement and team effectiveness, change leadership, and implementing innovative talent management practices. The OD Manager will also be a people leader, managing a team of OD professionals and guiding their development and performance.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Minimum of 5 years of experience leading programs and initiatives, with progressively increasing responsibilities required. Experience with collaborating successfully with all levels of the organization from the front line to executives is required.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Master’s Degree in Business, Human Performance, Organization Development, or related field required.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Strong analytical and research skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strategic thinking skills required. Group facilitation and project management skills required.
