Job DescriptionU.S. Bank is seeking a Marketing Specialist to be responsible for the planning, production, and successful implementation of marketing programs. This individual will work directly with assigned marketing teams to effectively execute these programs. Additional responsibilities include:
Leads projects through planning to execution;
Acts as the production lead to oversee proofreading, printing, and compliance;
Leads compliance conversations, monthly reviews, and planning;
Manages audit planning and preparation;
Manages calendars promotions and shares team successes;
Documents insights and strategy, measurement and more; and
Collaborates cross-functionally with other Marketing Project Managers.

This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Four to six years of experience in marketing industry

Superior collaboration skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a project team
Strong planning and time management skills
Proven writing/editing skills
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Ability to proactively consult with internal customers, business line(s), and/or project leaders
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $76,840.00 – $90,400.00 – $99,440.00
