Job Summary:

The Manager Enterprise Quality and Safety Reporting oversees data abstraction, and technology readiness for required government and voluntary quality reporting programs for the organization. This position coordinates, provides oversight, insight and communication of program related work performed throughout the enterprise.

Other information:


Five (5) or more years of related work experience including three (3) or more years of successful project management experience, required. Formal or informal experience leading people or teams to achieve an objective or goal, required. Experience in project management within the health care field, preferred.


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training, required. Knowledge of computer principles at a level normally obtained through completion of a bachelor’s degree in computer science or another closely related scientific or technology field, preferred.


Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of the application development and integration. In depth knowledge of regulations impacting healthcare technology and the ability to interpret relevant regulations.


Advanced understanding of clinical or operational processes, workflow, and clinical terminologies. Proven ability to direct the activities of project personnel, including vendors and consultants, toward successful execution of the assigned programs.
