Froedtert & MCW Community Physicians is currently recruiting a part time Optometrist for our West Bend Health Center. West Bend is approximately 38 miles north of downtown Milwaukee in the picturesque hills Of Kettle Moraine along the Milwaukee River in Washington County.  The West Bend Health Center is a state-of-the-art facility with a cohesive support staff in a collaborative collegial setting.

Qualifications:

  • Must obtain Wisconsin Medical Licensure
  • Board Certified is preferred, not a requirement.
  • Doctor of Optometry required. Medical Residency is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Will consider H1B visa sponsorship
