Job Summary:
This role focuses on data citizenship and demand management for the F&MCW enterprise-wide program body of work. This role will support the program by managing day-to-day activities related to the intake process; and, capturing, organizing, and presenting the relevant information necessary to governance bodies to make informed decisions regarding prioritization and allocation of resources. This highly visible role will be routinely leading the engagement with customers and other stakeholders as part of their day-to-day responsibilities. Process development and documentation will be a critical component to this role. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 6 years of project, program or portfolio management experience in a hospital environment or healthcare related setting, is required.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field, or equivalent experience of IT and/or healthcare, is required.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Mature skills in analytical acumen, critical thinking, active listening, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills are required.
Ability to work effectively at all levels in the organization.
Ability to self-motivate to prioritize and manage multiple streams of work.
Must work equally well independently and as part of a team.
Must have a strong aptitude to learn and adopt new technology and/or software tools.
The ideal candidate is able to participate in efforts to consistently evolve processes, documentation and communication, keeps stakeholders informed on changes by educating them in the governance processes and changes, and makes regular report to management concerning the current state of the process.
