Job Summary:
Applies advanced analytics skills to develop data models, visualizations, and dashboards to provide insight into the clinically integrated supply chain performance. Responsible for building and maintaining the critical reporting that supports the information needs of Supply Chain Purchasing, Contracting, Informatics, Site Operations, Distribution, Value Analysis and key customers within and outside the organization. Develops, maintains, and enhances reports that clearly communicate information for strategic, operational and resource allocation decisions. Serves as subject matter expert and citizen developer for enterprise analytics Supply Chain applications.
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 6 years of directly related experience with analytics and/or informatics projects related to supply chain and/or healthcare is required.
Must have experience in report creation (SQL or comparable) and visualization design (Excel, QlikView, QlikSense, Tableau, Crystal Reports, or comparable).
Experience in a customer facing role (internal or external) is required.
Clinical or experience working within healthcare background is preferred.
EDUCATION:
Knowledge of analytics principles at a level normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technology field or acquired through a combination of education and experience is required.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Basic knowledge of DataMart’s and data warehouse/data lake principles.
Detail oriented with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
Demonstrates excellent follow-up skills and the ability to take initiative as well as a proactive problem-solving approach.
Capability to work autonomously with little direction providing results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to listen and convey messages in a clear, concise, and empathetic manner using the appropriate communication medium.
Team oriented with good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with peers and customers.
Comfortable providing input and alternate views in a constructive way.
