Shift: Flexible 1st shift 7 am to 5 pm with onsite presence 2-3 day a week.

Job Summary:

The Talent Business Partner (TBP) is a collaborative member of the HR team working with system leaders and HR partners on workforce planning and solutions related projects. The TBP has a deep understanding of the process and strategies necessary to acquire the talent needed by the organization including recruitment marketing , creative recruitment solutions, recruitment metrics, job description design, recruitment related IT software and organizational structure and efficiency. Uses data and analytical skills to help assigned business groups understand their workforce retention , hiring and internal talent movement, hiring efficiency and future need to address staffing challenges present now and in the future. In partnership with HRBP works on workforce related projects such as planning for future growth, staff redeployment and developing the workforce of the future. Assists leaders in understanding our compensation philosophies and helps to implement proper pay practices. The business leaders look to the TBP business advisor on all things “talent.” Successful TBP knows the business of healthcare and develops a deep understanding of the assigned business units. The Talent Business Partner functions as a promoter of FH culture and opportunity. In conjunction with FH’s recruitment vendor and TA leadership, the Talent Business Partner influences recruitment strategy to meet talent needs and diversity initiatives for critical roles available now, and needed in the future. . Must be able to drive/travel among FH locations and other off-site locations. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

5+ years progressive Workforce/Community Coordination, Human Resources or Talent Acquisition/Talent Management work experience in a high volume complex work environment is required.

Healthcare experience is highly preferred.

Previous experience with and a passion for recruitment marketing strategy including use of social media campaigns preferred

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Bachelor degree in business, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration or a related field is required.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Must possess strong customer service and critical thinking skills, be proficient in TA process, and demonstrate strong consulting/influencing skills with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Ability to interface with and influence leaders.

Previous experience and a passion for recruitment marketing strategy including use of social media campaign strongly preferred.
