Job DescriptionPartners with their assigned Lines of Business (Payment Services), other Risk/Compliance/Audit (RCA) professionals, and RCA Managers to, depending on their function, create, implement, maintain, review or oversee an effective third party risk management framework.

Participates in projects and/or activities that ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Executes detailed reviews of third party risk assessments to identify gaps in risk identification and inform solutions that minimize losses resulting from inadequate internal processes, systems or human errors.
Identifies, responds and/or escalates risks as appropriate. Serves as a functional liaison between the Line of Business and the Lines of Defense
Provides oversight of perpetual third party risk management functions including ongoing management, change management, and the remediation of findings that result from risk assessments.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically 3+ years of applicable experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
Third party (vendor) risk management experience
Expertise in regulatory compliance, information security, risk management frameworks
Technological skills including experience with eGRC (RSA Archer)
Financial Services’ audit and regulatory background
CPA, CIA, CISA, and/or CTPRP certifications preferred
Advanced knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business
Advanced understanding of the business line’s operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls
Strong process facilitation, project management, and analytical skills
Must possess business acumen and credibility to help business line(s) proactively identify and address changing workforce needs
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
Applicable professional certifications preferred

*This role is hybrid from our downtown Minneapolis location. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days. If located outside of Minnesota, the position is remote.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $76,840.00 – $90,400.00 – $99,440.00
