Job Summary:

Supervises daily activities for the Laboratory Services Specialist(LSS) team; oversees the work of the LSS Team making certain all areas under his/her responsibility are covered and all policies and procedures are adhered to. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy/lab experience is required. Previous leadership experience is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Associate degree in Laboratory Science or Medical Laboratory Technology or related field is required. In lieu of formal education would consider a High School diploma or equivalent and equivalent combination of education and experience with a strong background in Phlebotomy.
