Froedtert Health is looking for a Cancer Center Patient Support Services Supervisor to work directly with the Froedtert Network and Medical College of WI. This role is a great opportunity to enhance your skills with EPIC, Project Management knowledge, and reporting. Please note, this Supervisor role does not have patient care involved.

Job Summary:

The purpose of this role is to provide leadership and maintain operational functions of the Cancer Center Patient Support Services team across the Froedtert and Medical College of WI Cancer Service Line, in collaboration with the director. The supervisor is accountable for human resources management, service quality, financial performance, and compliance with the standards of regulatory agencies as applicable. This role also mentors and supports cancer center nurse coordinators and other staff in data analysis and project management to facilitate provision of the highest quality interdisciplinary care. This role requires collaboration and communication with cancer service line and other organizational leaders across the clinical enterprise to promote the network model, patient access, cost savings, and quality patient care and clinical excellence.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

A minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience, with proven project management experience required. Experience in collaborating and building relationships required. Computer experience should include Microsoft suite, at an intermediate level. Must have a track record of producing work that is highly accurate, meeting deadlines, demonstrating an attention to detail, and reflects well on the organization. Demonstration of effective communication with leaders and physicians required.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or other related clinical field required. Master’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field may be substituted for a clinical degree. Master’s degree is preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

This person must be detail-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be flexible and able to adapt to frequently changing standards and operational needs.

LICENSURE REQUIRED:

Current State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nursing Licensure Compact).
